We name the blind spot
An honest, loving outside perspective on the thing you can't quite see in yourself: the pattern quietly running the show. Saying it out loud is often what finally loosens its grip.
One-on-one coaching
Coaching is where we take what you already know about yourself and turn it into clear, concrete action.
Where most people start
Who this is for
Coaching with me is for the moments when you're on the edge of a breakthrough, a move, a hard decision, or a season that feels chaotic. It's for people who have done the work and still find themselves in the same pattern, unsure why, or still feel restless after all that healing. I help bridge the two: the understanding you've earned and the real-world breakthroughs that make it count in your life, your relationships, and your work. It's short-term, focused, and oriented toward action: we name what's actually getting in your way, and then we build a plan that feels not just aspirational, but genuinely doable.
“I will call you forward to the life that you deserve.”
Coaching and therapy
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, and in my clinical work I help people slow down and understand the deeper patterns that shape their lives. Coaching is where I do something a little different, and being clear about the difference matters to me.
A place to slow down and meet yourself. We give your nervous system and your sense of self room to reorganize over time. This is clinical care, and it's the right tool when what you're carrying needs treatment rather than traction.
A place to get moving with clarity, for the moments when life feels chaotic and you need traction now. Coaching is not therapy, and it isn't a substitute for it. If what you're describing calls for therapy, I'll say so.
Not sure which one fits? That's something we can figure out together.
We talk about what's going on and whether coaching is the right container for it. No pressure, and nothing you have to book at the end of it.
In our first full session we name the pattern that's quietly running the show. It's often the uncomfortable part, and it's usually the part that finally loosens its grip.
We break the tangle into steps and decide where your time and energy actually go. You leave with momentum, not just clarity.
In the room
We work with what's in front of you right now, revealing where your energy has been going, and then refocus to where it's needed. I bring heart and strategy together: warmth for what you're feeling, and clarity about what to do next. Peace and self-acceptance are part of the work, not a reward for getting everything right.
An honest, loving outside perspective on the thing you can't quite see in yourself: the pattern quietly running the show. Saying it out loud is often what finally loosens its grip.
I'm good at taking tangled, multidimensional problems and breaking them into something you can actually hold, and act on. What felt overwhelming starts to feel achievable.
You've likely done the reflection. Coaching is where it becomes movement: what are the actual steps, and where does your time and energy go? You leave with a plan and momentum, not just clarity. The goal isn't only to feel better, it's to build a life, and a relationship with yourself, that you can actually settle into.
I'll be an honest, loving ally. I won't pretend it's easy, or that it's impossible, because it isn't.
What people say afterward
Before you reach out
No. Therapy is long-term clinical work; coaching is short-term and forward-focused. Coaching isn't treatment for a mental health condition and isn't a substitute for therapy. If what you bring me calls for therapy, I'll tell you that directly.
Usually it's the opposite. Coaching tends to work best for people who already have the insight and want help converting it into steps. If you can analyze and process all day and still feel stuck, this is built for you.
It's short-term by design. We set the scope around what you're actually trying to move, and we revisit it as we go. The goal is momentum you can carry on your own, not an open-ended commitment.
Yes, and kindly. Clients often say the confronting part was the most useful part, because it came from a place of loving intention. I won't pretend it's easy, and I won't pretend it's impossible.
Sessions are held by secure video. The first conversation is a short phone call.
Fifteen minutes. You tell me what's going on, I ask a few questions, and we decide together whether coaching is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll point you somewhere better. I reply to notes within two business days.
Let's begin
You don't need it figured out before you reach out. Tell me what's going on in a few sentences and we'll take it from there.
